Join us to the opening reception of the amazing and unique exhibition of Comic Strips by Mexican cartoonist Jose Trinidad Camacho “Trino”.

ABOUT TRINO:

Cartoonist; possessor of a long career in electronic and print media; a native of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Born on August 20, 1961. Trino is the winner of the National Prize for Journalism in political cartoons (2000) and the National Prize for Communication José Pagés Llergo (2006).He has created animations and dubbing of television series and old films such as “Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea” “Batman and Robin” and “The Lone Ranger”. Trino has dedicated part of his work to the illustration of children’s texts with the Fondo de Cultura Económica, Tusquets, Sexto piso and other publishers. He currently collaborates with a sports strip for the OEM newspapers with distribution throughout the country. He also publishes a weekly cartoon in La Gaceta de la Universidad de Guadalajara.
